He lost because back then, there was only one way to vote. His phone line was jammed. Tried to get through the whole time and never got in. Yet people said they could vote multiple time for Rueben. Did they jam Clay's phone lines??

When clay did his audition he told Simon I can make it to at least number 1 or 2 .even though he came in 2nd place . But out side the show he became number one .I listen to his music til this day 2024 Clay you were blessed .and at age 45 I still must say how handsome you are just had th throw that in there lol😂😂😂 much love clay❤
